Engage and consult with sports administrators to help them identify meaningful ways to improve their organizations with NCSI's background screening solutions

Develop a deep understanding of the screening industry, sports administrators, NCSI's sales strategy, and leverage provided tech stack to execute high touch, high-quality activity cadence resulting in 50+ customer interactions daily

Position yourself as an expert in the background screening industry and NCSI's solutions. Assist new customers with adoption of NCSI solutions and work with current customers to upgrade existing NCSI programs.
