β Software & Systems: Look to create revenue opportunities across Coegi and RADaR. Understand all tech product offerings and can sell the best option to the client, keeping an eye on agency profitability. Actively seek growth and learning opportunities. Preserve and foster the agencyβs culture and maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude. Delegate effectively and smartly, while respecting agency RACI and processes and procedures.
β Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Experience: 5+ years of Account Management or Project Management experience in an agency or marketing-related setting.
