π Key Responsibilities

Provide support and direction to Agency Managers, Agents, and Agency Staff on all activities necessary to operate a successful insurance agency marketing Farm Bureau products and services.

Act as the primary agency point person between all departments in the State Office and the agencies in their sales district.

Ensure a cooperative environment exists when State Office department level specialists are working with any given agency in their sales district.

Responsible for successful implementation of all products and services represented by KFB.

Develop and implement motivational plans and activities to increase agent participation in contests sponsored by KFB Insurance Companies and the products and services it represents.

Monitor and report key metrics associated to the sales district, agencies, and agentβs performance as it pertains to the department and company goals.

Perform scheduled agent and agency evaluations as needed or required.

Recruit prospective agents and evaluate county and agency needs for additional agents.
