β Drive shopper and customer insights agenda within the team and connect with central insight team on methodologies and execution of the agenda
β Run pre- and post-promotion evaluation in conjunction with the commercial finance counterpart and build recommendations
β Act as a go-to person in the CSD to ensure alignment and coordination between sales team requirements and planned initiatives to be rolled out in the region
β Evaluate merchandisers' performance and build recommendations to share with other stakeholders for necessary actions
β Facilitate the customer development team in the execution of digital initiatives in other customers by providing relevant content, pictures, and helping in discussions with customers' digital counterparts
β Foster a positive and inclusive team culture to maximize individual and collective performance
β Execute all initiatives as per regulatory approval
