β Assist with monitoring resident satisfaction through follow-up calls, emails, or meetings to ensure a positive living experience
β Process receivables in Yardi and with bank in timely fashion while verifying accuracy of all deposits
β Exercise sound judgment regarding community expenditures while maintaining knowledge of the best supplier partner for cost, quality, and service
β Help to ensure the physical well-being and curb appeal of the apartment community
β Establish and maintain the best possible occupancy of the apartment community and lease apartments as needed
β Show and demonstrate available apartments, including Open Houses, during business hours and weekends as needed (Saturdays only)
β Assist in eliminating lost revenues due to vacancies by executing timely turnover and adhering to traditional and creative marketing protocols to lease apartments
β Maintain annual fair housing certification (via Gracehill)
β Oversee the community in the absence of the Community Manager
β Maintain regular and consistent attendance according to required work schedule decided by the Company
β Provide exemplary customer service to residents, prospects, and guests and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
