β On-Site Supervision: Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager, organize and delegate daily work, coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks, and manage the operation of the community in compliance with Company policies, procedures, and business practices.
β Client/Owner Relationship Management: Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing updates and information about the communityβs performance, and responding to owner requests as needed.
