π Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives on time and within budget.

Manage congress activities, including booth design/strategy, symposia content, KOL engagements, and booth staffing.

Ensure booth staff is certified and has completed all compliance trainings.

Own and expand GI, GI surgeons, and pediatric resource development, messaging, and field execution directives.

Responsible for KOL engagement strategy pull-through and management of all customer data in Veeva platform.

Experience: 10 years of progressively responsible marketing or sales experience within the bio-pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in speaker bureau management or congress marketing, or ad board development.
