✅ Drive website feature development, processes alignment, and efficiencies while being nimble and flexible, in support of delivering Growth projects for new and existing growth product initiatives
✅ Define web project workstreams and drive consensus on workstream plans
✅ Create roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans that are actionable and concise, aligned with industry and WEG process knowledge. Use various communication mediums to ensure alignment
✅ Anticipate problems early and take action to mitigate the impact of these issues and make decisions in a timely manner
✅ Provide project management support through the lifecycle of complex cross-functional Web projects
✅ Maintain proper documentation standards per project: ensuring project documentation, including requirements documents and final solution documents are documented and can be traced
✅ Work within the Project Management Tool – and drive adherence and functionality/process improvements
✅ Mastery of functional self-management, requiring minimal supervision within projects from direct leader
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on specific project topics, by providing value relating to resources, timelines, and status communications
✅ Collaborate with other members of the Growth team to ensure the latest versions of compliance standards, disclosure information and brand standards are being utilized
