β Identify and exploit new product initiatives by analyzing market and consumer research data, coordinating new launches from initiation to shelf placement
β Lead and supervise artwork and packaging design development from the brief to the industrial production
β Lead local brand communication planning and execution, sharing best practices with the Regional team and proposing actions for business improvement
β Prepare marketing campaigns briefs (media briefs, creative, influencer briefs, etc.), supervise the process in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained
β Collaborate with the media agency to develop actionable media strategies and plans
β Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations throughout all communications, both in creative content and media
β Develop key visuals for POS Materials in alignment with respective Global brand guidelines
β Communicate and coordinate with BTL agencies for all consumer promotional activities
β Plan and control the budget, ensuring accurate monthly follow-up on PR, PO, and GR processes for the respective brand
β Prepare regular monthly Nielsen market analyses for respective brands and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including Distributors
β Manage Consumer Engagement platforms in collaboration with E-Business leads, focusing on website performance and e-content creation
