βœ… Lead the development of creative stimulus for co-creation sprints, collaborating with internal and external teams to stimulate creative thinking and bring the best sprint to life

βœ… Concept writing – joining the dots linking key trends & how to turn these into opportunities, including R&D tech understanding and storytelling into concepts

βœ… Work together with cross-functional team to write new ideas for potentially new BBM or part of the roadmap for existing BBM to bring to life at Innoprof 2.0

βœ… Lead the crafting of content and design of BBM booths for Innoprof 2.0 event

βœ… Partner with Brand leads to execute their design strategy into tangible project briefs, leading a design ecosystem (internal teams and external designers & agencies) to land these new designs in market

βœ… Manage 3 freelance designers, briefing and evaluating work, and managing overall project workload

βœ… Build and maintain an external contact database, ensuring high levels of data accuracy

βœ… Onboard new external suppliers to Unilever’s procurement systems

βœ… Raise purchase orders for hair co-creation and design projects, and work with finance to complete any cross-charges necessary

🎯 Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
