Manage healthcare professional marketing strategy and activations associated with the EleCare brand in the US

Manage the relationship with the field sales teams across all PSN brands

Lead sales teams meetings for the Pediatric Specialty business by setting strategy and objectives for each meeting and collaborating with Sales Training partners

Lead new innovation launches to HCPs, including creating the strategic launch plan and tactical implementation

Lead cross functional team in business analysis, supply management, and shipment forecasting for the brand

Measure and report consumption, uncover insights and optimize in market activation based on data

Analyze multiple external data points to identify risk/opportunities, and create contingency plans as needed

Identify future research needs to aid in plan/ long- range plan development

Measure performance of activations plans and proactively recommend action to continuously improve ROI

Manage budget monthly with direct input to forecast models and financial decisions

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
