β Campaign Process Management: Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, continuously simplify processes, develop and implement campaign strategy upgrades, oversee offline grower engagement initiatives, and collaborate with divisional teams for creative/content requirements.
β Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement metrics to assess MDO/SO productivity and campaign ROI, continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of grower-facing initiatives, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
β Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build connections across Business Units (BUs) and international teams, work closely with Product Managers, collaborate with the Communication Manager, Digital Manager, Digital Team, and Division Teams, and work with Syngenta Foundation to integrate CSR-driven initiatives.
