📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Assure le développement des produits Crédits de son périmètre et garantit la réglementation

  • Réalise la veille tarification, analyses de marché et partage les informations « produits » avec les entités Carrefour Banque ou Carrefour avec l’aide des alternants
  • Est garant de l’expertise produit (fiches offres, contrats, tarification) et veille aux mises à jour réglementaires et formalise les contrôles permanents
  • Répond aux demandes du groupe, du commerce (réseau, VAD, digital), de projets, du COMEX et les instruire avec le Contrôle financier, le Risque, Recette IT … et avec son manager
  • Suivre les résultats de production par canal et le R/0 depuis power BI données DAF et les analyses BI

✅ Contribue à la définition du plan marketing opérationnel et son application

  • Propose des plans d’action permettant le recrutement, la fidélisation ou la rétention des clients sur ses produits d’expertise (tests, évolutions du PAC)
  • Assure la veille concurrentielle sur les produits crédit, les thèmes de communication et les offres
  • Pilote la mise en œuvre opérationnelle du PAC avec son Manager (organiser les campagnes lors des comités quadrinômes, suivre les performances campagnes avec des analyses du Bi ou le la DAF et partager les axes d’améliorations)
  • Est référent pour le réseau ou la VAD ou les magasins Carrefour pour ses produits (MEM, scripts, formations, simulateurs)

✅ Contribue avec les pôles communication, BI, contrôle financier, conformité, digital factory, recettes MOA, projets…

  • Réalise des réunions, des groupes de travail, partage de compétences et participation à la continuité d’activité
