π Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead all phases of on-site operations, including rent collection, invoice payments, budget management, community member communications, daily activities/events, management of vendors and maintenance teams

Hire, train, develop, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve high community member satisfaction and retention

Develop strong personal relationships with community members, solicit feedback, and strive to continually improve community member experiences

π― Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional management experience, preferably with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality
Required Skills:

- Familiarity with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations
