Support the development of the programme document architecture, working closely with the support service lead and other established CoE leads

Establish and chair the content development steering group within client projects

Take ownership of content development on SharePoint sites such as landing pages

Collaborate with functional SMEs, communicate expectations for management plans, process maps, activity guides, and tools/templates, as well as other supportive materials

Review functional content ownersβ information to ensure it meets the requirements

Develop templates for documents, sites, and platforms in alignment with client brand guidelines
