π Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement content governance via review of processes, systems, and workflows across various content teams in close collaboration with content owners and tech teams

Build and implement AI workflows inline with the overall AI strategy to maximize efficiency in content processes

Conduct content audits, inventories, and gap analysis across the website to ensure content relevance, tagging, metadata, accessibility requirements, and retiring outdated content

Create and maintain external and internal content tags and identify repurposing opportunities based on relevance, and advise GTM partner teams to extend the tagging framework for other use cases

Audit and analyze competitor websites for tags and identify opportunities, and make recommendations based on findings

Extend metadata and tagging conventions to the digital asset manager (DAM) and maintain it on an ongoing basis, and build a framework for editors to manage version control and retiring older and irrelevant content

Understand content performance and metrics, develop dashboards and reports for basic analytics, and establish optimal performance metrics based on data of βwhat worksβ drawn from the body of content

Provide insights and input to cross-functional content teams on themes that are working and potential opportunity areas, and archive and update content based on performance

Support the web editor to continually optimize the processes necessary for efficient content creation, workflows, governance, and content distribution

Assist in the management and initiation of translations and keep regional editors up to date with key content updates, and work cross-functionally with other content teams to ensure constant coordination and communication of governance and workflows

Support content editors to ensure content is properly named, versioned, and tagged, create training material for editors to have access to this information, and maintain and update the content digest highlighting the best content to ensure that editors have access to these
