π Key Responsibilities

Lead several internal content reporting workstreams providing consistent data reports with key recommendations and insights for content teams

Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to prioritize content reporting metrics, define data needs, and build dashboards to support content team strategy, planning, and execution

Support, guide, and provide feedback to the data science team on their projects supporting the entertainment team and portfolio of content titles

Partner with User Experience Research (UXR) and Marketing Insights teams to develop hypotheses, prioritize research questions, scope research studies, and provide feedback and direction on approach, execution, and derived insights

Develop data visualizations and visual frameworks to communicate data and key insights

Independently perform analysis on content performance and assist in forecasting performance using internal dashboards, third-party analytics tools, and manually manipulating data in spreadsheets
