Plan and develop a large range of mixed media projects including multi-channel, multi-screen advertising campaigns, new product packaging and visual merchandising, digital-first assets across DTC and retailers, corporate initiatives, social toolkits, and more

Maintain brand visual identity, ensuring all elements of the visual story are cohesive across all areas

Lead a talented team of creative professionals to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and on-brand creative strategies

Develop branding campaigns from concept to execution and lead creative strategy, concept development, and project execution with a high level of excellence

Partner with producers and designers to guide projects towards intended goals

Serve as strategic creative lead; assume accountabilities for all aspects of the design department as it relates to trends, branding, marketing collateral
