- Creative Strategy Oversight:
- Write creative briefs across channels, lifecycle stage, and product

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in building integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within consumer credit card space
- 5+ years of experience working in a variety of marketing channels (social, programmatic digital, OOH, OLV)
- 5+ years of experience leading creative development and/or production processes; experience leading relationships with internal and external agency partners
- Required Skills:
- Proven success in delivering integrated, direct response campaigns across multiple channels and stages of a customer lifecycle
- Strong analytical background and comfort with data measurement plans and financial storytelling; ability to identify and pivot strategies on data-based insights
