Work with the Customer Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to set the direction and execution of key Early Life CRM programs

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing initiatives for New Ventures products

Lead and work in partnership with Operations to implement CRM campaigns across email, mobile, and onsite channels

Identify and implement solutions to scale and drive efficiencies via automations

Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to drive the Early Life test & learn strategy

Work with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling marketing content
