Guiding a small squad of IC professionals to build and deliver critical communications to support better business outcomes for Operations

Delivering activity aligned with global internal communications strategy, objectives, and embedding a consistent LSEG story

Being the βgo to personβ for IC advice and support for IC for the head of Operations, adopting the right mix of advice and delivery support where required

Working with the Operations leader to understand priorities and build a streamlined annual IC approach and supporting activities

Managing demand, having a clear view of capacity, making sure we prioritise activities that will make the biggest performance difference to the company

Working in partnership with the CAM planning team using our core tools to manage and govern air traffic control

Working in partnership with the IC Campaigns and Change teams to make sure people-related campaigns are consistent and aligned

Using available tools and technologies and making sure communications are audience-focused, well-planned, data-driven, omnichannel, and effective
