Siege Media, a remote-first organic growth agency, is seeking a Director, Marketing to drive growth for its world-class clients. π Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & ABM Strategy:
- Develop and execute an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy targeting high-growth startups and potential enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral, such as sales deck slides, case studies/battle cards, and thought leadership content.
- Manage and optimize the Siege Media website, updating positioning, case studies, and overall brand experience to drive new business goals and stay current with industry trends.

Content & Social Media Strategy:
- Manage and proactively source available team utilization to create thought leadership/SEO content for the Siege blog, growing sales qualified leads.
- Manage social media strategy and create content for Siege Media across various platforms, both for the company and personally, fostering a mix of managed content via the Siege Media team and thought leadership content personally.

Event Management & Networking:
- Periodically attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis with a focus on building the business and fostering networking relationships.

Budget & Performance Management:
- Manage a set business development budget, intelligently allocating resources to scale the impact of the department.
- Manage a set business development advertising budget, including newsletter sponsorships, events, networking events, and listing directories.
- Engage blog business development partners/affiliates on a recurring basis via email to confirm performance and attribution.
- Project manage Siege Media team members via working with Content Marketing Managers to help them stay on timeline and hit Siege publishing and quality goals.
- Run Siege Media's monthly business development strategy meeting and report on business development metrics monthly, such as SQLs, traffic, organic traffic, keyword rankings, etc.
π― Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or a related field, or relevant experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual marketing goals, resulting in significant business growth.
- 3+ years of social media strategy experience that generates measurable platform growth and target audience engagement.
- 2+ years of experience working at an agency, ideally working in a marketing capacity or leading the marketing department.
- Experience either marketing to enterprise accounts or being part of one.
- Experience and expertise in SEO and content marketing.
- Experience leading team meetings and maintaining agendas.
- Experience managing a marketing budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships in a remote setting.

Salary Range:
- The salary range for this position is based on experience, with a base of $100,000-$135,000 and an OTE of $150,000-$165,000 based on SQL growth goals.
