π Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary representative for engagement in local organizations and volunteer opportunities in both the Waco and Bryan communities

Serve as a liaison to community colleges for transfer support and pathways/partnerships

Effectively oversee day-to-day operations of the Tarleton State Waco and Bryan off-campus instructional sites

Serve as the primary Tarleton State representative serving to strengthen institutional relationships and programmatic growth

Serve as an on-site resource for adjuncts, traveling faculty, resident faculty, and staff

Serve as an effective and encouraging resource for students in Waco and Bryan to and through their Tarleton State journey

Serve as the liaison to the Division of Student Engagement and Success in the facilitation of associated services and programs

Complete all administrative duties, including but not limited to monitoring enrollment, persistence, and completion, in a timely manner

Advance and improve persistence and completion outcomes of students designated/assigned to Tarleton State Waco and Texas A&M-RELLIS

Supervise staff, graduate assistants, and student workers reporting to the Division of External Operations supporting Waco and Bryan

Represent the Assistant Vice President of External Operations at meetings and events as needed

Education: Bachelorβs degree in education, applicable field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
