Client Management & Leadership: Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with senior client stakeholders, while partnering with internal leadership to address escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution.

Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities.
