β Collaborate closely with Market Access teams and external stakeholders to understand, design, and implement plans to remove barriers and facilitate product uptake in market
β Collaborate closely and communicate transparently with Shionogi HQ functions to optimize US and global product success
β Collaborate closely with field functions to create optimal field infrastructure design/sizing, training, and foster highly collaborative relationships with field management
β Establish credibility and build mutually respectful relationships with senior leadership in the US
β Ensure a very high level of understanding of the relevant science and product data, as well as of marketplace, competitive, and external stakeholder dynamics
β Create, track, and regularly present launch readiness activities and key performance indicator planning to senior management
β Oversee all analytical and financial activities, including forecasting, ROI assessments, demand planning, and budgeting activities
