π Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic leader with comprehensive responsibilities to work with teams to ensure successful development and implementation of divisional strategic plans

Develop and implement marketing strategies/initiatives for all markets, including an Asian Marketing strategy

Recruit and hire individuals with strong relationships in the gaming community to represent the SMGHA Nevada within their focused areas

Engage with customers/players of the Resort, greet customers upon arrival, and attend Special Event functions

Monitor play of customers/players in the High Limit Pit and other areas of the casino, as needed

Review and provide recommendations on extending credit to casino customers, advise GM and/or CFO on credit requests, and recommend credit settlements

Review budgets and control expenses

Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations

Education: Bachelorβs Degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Player Development experience, with five years as department leader

- Extensive knowledge of the Casino Industry including Domestic and Asian Marketing, Casino Operations, Gaming Regulations and Customer/Team Member Relations
- Highly collaborative with strong management experience in building, managing, and leading a high performing team
