✅ Drive the regional business review process, consolidate the bottom-up financial forecast, manage gaps between bottom-up and top-down forecasting exercises, manage the company’s financial closing exercises, and be the key point of contact to auditors to defend company’s statements
✅ Manage business performance monitoring tools, implement and strengthen financial indicators used by sales teams, and continuously review and enhance processes to meet the management information needs
✅ Be a key actor in Finance 4.0 modernization and Beyond Budget project, co-lead company’s Collaborative Business planning workstream, lead and implement the rebuilt of bottom-up financial planning and review processes, lead the thinking of cascading Market Commandates to business teams, and lead finance projects to improve company’s efficiency and compliance
✅ Develop a highly competent and committed CoE and BPA team, develop team members’ leadership ability, business acumen, financial knowledge, and skills through effective on-job coaching and advising
