β Manage business performance monitoring tools, implement and strengthen financial indicators used by sales teams, and continuously review and enhance processes to meet the management information needs
β Be a key actor in Finance 4.0 modernization and Beyond Budget project, co-lead companyβs Collaborative Business planning workstream, lead and implement the rebuilt of bottom-up financial planning and review processes, lead the thinking of cascading Market Commandates to business teams, and lead finance projects to improve companyβs efficiency and compliance
β Develop a highly competent and committed CoE and BPA team, develop team membersβ leadership ability, business acumen, financial knowledge, and skills through effective on-job coaching and advising
