π Key Responsibilities

Sets creative art direction and ensures consistency with brand standards across all touchpoints for the Pool Business.

Designs and develops a wide range of print, digital, and video creative projects, including layouts for literature and catalogs, direct mail design, media campaigns, packaging, iconography, website graphics, email banners, tradeshow booth signage, animated gifs, and brand and product videos.

Responsible for creativity from concept to production, overseeing and independently working through feedback and revisions to serve up final deliverables.
β
Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. as needed.
β
Serves as SME and advisor, partnering with internal cross-functional team members and mentoring more junior designers.

Processes, uploads, and maintains final graphic and video assets in platforms such as Pentairβs Digital Asset Management System, BigTinCan, YouTube, etc.

Works closely with content and brand on creative briefs, providing feedback, questions, and opportunities to achieve the best outcome for deliverables and the business.

Executes editing for video, photography, and other multimedia as needed.
