β Support and collaborate with technical staff on process and workflow troubleshooting to identify root causes, timely workarounds, and take corrective actions
β Collaborate with licensing teams for distribution end points outside of Max global platform releases
β Supervise Coordinators to ensure business applications and trackers are always current
β Maintain development of training documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational metrics to ensure process efficiency and consistency as processes evolve
β Maintain knowledge related to industry trends that affect and increase efficiencies in workflows and operations
