β Media Groups Management: Plan and coordinate with corporate marketing on media buying, track advertising maintained with media groups/agencies, review advertisement promo effectiveness, set agency deliverables, ensure internal manpower utilization for quality output
β Market Research: Conduct periodic market research to study customer profile/preferences and buying patterns, conduct market research to study media campaign effectiveness, set goals and parameters for marketing research
β Other Responsibilities: Negotiate with vendors/media groups/printers, create opportunities for cross-promotion and co-branding, plan with editors for PR and media coverage, manage loyalty program/privilege clubs, recommend strategies to increase membership in loyalty program, represent brands at media and marketing events, conduct territory and market visits, keep abreast of best practices in marketing, coordinate with mall management to capitalize on activities and utilize opportunities, be aware of seasonal launches and product heroes, and brand thematic displays
