β Serve as the first line of escalation for Account Managers for campaign troubleshooting, escalating to Ad Ops if the issue requires product or engineering investigation
β Review regional key health metrics regularly to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased performance, ensuring that KPIs and business objectives are met
β Present regional performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for regional AM leadership, adapting to evolving data availability
β Collaborate and consult with leads to understand regional needs and requirements while also ensuring global alignment
β Develop and maintain documentation of all pre to post-sale processes tied to Campaign Management
β Oversee training initiatives to educate Campaign Management on packaging, activating, and optimizing campaigns within our proprietary ad stack

β Lead final feature and acceptance testing of new Ad Server product features and capabilities
β Join client emails/calls when technical expertise is needed
