β Track, monitor and ensure performance and targets are achieved as per set KRA.
β Work with manager, Data Analytics team and junior team members to prepare performance updates & reports for marketing & acquisition activities.
β Work with different stakeholders and teams including but not limited to Branches, Product teams, product supports and development team, UIUX team, IT, Group marketing, etc. in the bank to get their support in driving KRA targets
β Work with relevant stakeholders to perform necessary market research to gain insights that will help the bank identify opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs as well as understanding of competitorsβ strengths and weaknesses that will help the bank develop winning initiatives / offers / products / services.
ASSUMPTION: This role involves a mix of strategic planning, tactical execution, and analytical reporting. Strong project management skills are essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
