β Gain a deep understanding of existing customer segments, behaviors, values, and incentive triggers to develop enhanced strategies and improve message automation and personalization
β Plan and promote the establishment of a data-driven marketing culture
β Track and report on the effectiveness of programs and campaign metrics to maximize ROI of each program, content, and channel
