β Develop and implement training for Talent Attraction Team to appropriately care for external and internal candidates including messaging, selling features, regular communication, and transitions through the hiring process.
β Continue to build Nutrienβs global talent brand in partnership with global brand team, to attract and recruit talent across regions.
β Build an internal and external recruitment ambassador program, leveraging current employees to create and spotlight content that demonstrates our culture and values.
β Enable the building and nurturing of relationships with candidates through various channels.
β Build relationships with internal business partners to understand business challenges, culture, and goals when building external narratives.
β Deliver strategic programs to increase talent brand awareness and boost candidate engagement.
β Influence and contribute to the content strategy on key job seeker sites which will include videos, photos, and social posts in partnership with our Talent Attraction and Brand Culture & Communications teams.
β Build and maintain a library of creative assets together with Brand Culture & Communications team that can be utilized by Talent Attraction.
β Cultivate and grow our talent community networks through relevant and engaging content.
β Monitor and identify opportunities to promote Nutrien opportunities and stories on various platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
β Work cross-functionally to prepare monthly reporting for HR Leadership, Executive Leadership, and the Board of Directors regarding external and internal candidate market.
β Leverage data to track and evaluate brand performance and develop recommendations to deliver effective targeted campaigns and brand experiences.
β Monitor and measure key social rating metrics on various job seeker sites and provide consistent reporting to key stakeholders.
β Track, measure, and report on campaign results across multiple channels. Ability to analyze top of the funnel, recruitment-focused data, and provide recommendations to optimize efforts across channels.
β Proactively research, introduce, and execute on trends and best practices to elevate our internal and external recruitment marketing efforts.
β Create and implement job posting audit initiative to ensure job postings and brand content are relevant and engaging to continue to build our talent network. Include consistent reporting mechanism and follow-up process to address gaps and to leverage high-performing postings.

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, public relations, or communications or a combination of education and relative work experience.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive leadership experience with 8+ years of strong recruitment or employee marketing/communications experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, recruiting for roles in Corporate, Manufacturing and Retail recruitment environments; including seasonal and student hiring.
