β Support and/or work for assigned service sales opportunities and associated activities including proposals and related tasks
β Support in any and all the activities assigned by General Manager related to the Service department
β Foster cross-functional collaboration within the Service team as well as with Sales and Account Management team, Y Product sales team, project delivery center, RSC, legal, sourcing, etc. to ensure consistent customer experience
β Conduct regular team reviews
