β Complete enhanced SG & AML training as required for HVC
β Represent the marketing team at club level to ensure operational teams are excited and aligned with the brand vision
β Engage and develop relationships with Retail Operations team, General Managers, and Online and Mobile teams
β Understand and bring best in class retail marketing to Grosvenor
β Make the brand 'come alive' by being the brand champion and guardian in club
β Ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with all gambling and marketing legislation, HVC policy, industry guidance, internal protocols, and are always in line with our socially responsible approach
