Develop the annual regional marketing plan, based on the go-to-market plans from the business, tying in your new business campaigns as well as centrally-supported SEA, SEO, web, PR, communications, and brand awareness activities

Based on the business objectives, own the development of regional new business campaigns (multi-touch & multi-channel)

Work with central functions like Performance Marketing, PR, Event Management, Social Media Management to execute your campaigns

Manage regional marketing budgets and recommend allocations

Scale successful regional campaigns globally

Engage with business development, sales teams, partners, and customers in your region to understand market trends and needs

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, provide regular reports, identify insights, and use those insights to optimize programs

Attend sales meetings to be fully aligned with GTM and regional market insights

On a daily basis, monitor incoming leads and MQLs for your region, ensuring they have accurate data and that sales has what it needs for fast follow-up
