β Generate promotional flyers and handouts
β Handle property collateral and property image requests
β Coordinate individual and group lead inquiries.
β Understand and maximize the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) involved with corporate or travel industry business.
β Represent sales and PR department in on-property meetings.
β Participate in regular conference calls with Mahe based sales and PR team members as well as with satellite Sales Managers.
β Communicate with customers, on-property hotel managers, staff and corporate office on a regular basis
β Execute all wedding events as well as groups on the resort
β Responsible for planning & execution of all Sales & PR site inspections and fams
β Execute basic photography for social media based on the requests from PR team.
