β Provide market intelligence data on market conditions and the impact of promotional strategy of the companyβs products as well as that of competitors to the line managers and the marketing team.
β Prepare and propose a strategic distribution plan for the assigned territory for the month as well as the year to meet the business objectives.
β Develop and generate Stockists / distributor orders as per the business plan, ensure proper supply of goods and also ensure that all payments and dues are collected from the Stockists / distributors within time lines, as per company policy.
β Timely reporting of any adverse drug reaction / complaint received from customers, if any to seniors as per pharmaco-vigilance guidelines and company policies.
β Safe keeping of companyβs property, effective use of promotional materials, submitting standard tour plan, daily call reports, monthly expenses and maintain work norms guided by the company on daily basis
