β Support and assist management in marketing and PR projects including resources with budget implications
β Support all communications connected with resort crisis and issues set out by the Manager
β Achieve agreed performance goals and objectives of role set out by Manager and complete any reasonable task given from the Manager in a responsible and productive manner
β Execute and implement appropriate use of marketing and PR content, creative resources, translation, and photography while optimising an effective online presence in line with regional strategy
β Day-to-day administrative tasks such as complimentary and entertainment forms, database update and purchase orders, expenses, etc. follow up
β Ensure the event calendar of activities is professionally reflected within web and e-commerce strategies
β Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
β Establish and maintain effective rapport and open communication with all resort disciplines
β Develop strong working relationships with various levels of Hiltonβs personnel including hotel and regional teams and comply to Hilton core values
β Develop and manage working relationships with key members of the creative and media agencies
β Work effectively within the Regional Marketing and PR team as well as supporting all hotel departments including regional levels on marketing and PR campaigns
β Support the Manager to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all external customers to include key members of the media, community organizations, local press, tourism board, local industry organizations, as well as suppliers and agencies
β Excel at being an effective team player in all aspects of the role
β The Resort requires that you perform any task deemed necessary by the Commercial Director for the efficient running of the Commercial Department specifically and the Resort in general.
