π Key Responsibilities

Lead all data operations and reporting workstreams globally for a Tier 1 global Omnicom client, ensuring successful scoping, execution, and delivery of projects

Partner with Annalectβs global performance reporting team to ensure all projects are appropriately priced, resourced, and the project teams are onboarded in a timely manner

Ensure clear communication and alignment between the client, client teams, and Annalect India team, and be responsible for identifying and removing any blockers or risks in the projects

Oversee and ensure all projects conform to the Taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance best practices set by the global performance reporting team
β
Design functional solutions of data pipelines, data operations, reporting, and underlying data infrastructure as part of project scoping
β
Be responsible for creating and communicating EMEA standards and best practices for data operations and reporting
β
Work with EMEA country-specific teams to identify their current state of data ops and performance reporting and establish action plans towards a standardised and harmonised way of providing reporting services to Omnicom clients in EMEA

Participate in running a community of data ops and performance reporting experts across the EMEA region

π― Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline)

- Strong commercial acumen with experience writing proposals with a variety of pricing components
