β Allocate resources efficiently across teams to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
β Design and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of HBS and generate leads through HBS.net.
β Oversee the team responsible for managing social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
β Supervise the creation and distribution of email newsletters and regular customer communications.
β Manage partner campaigns, digital advertising strategies, and analytics to track performance and ROI.
β Lead the team handling in-person events, customer entertainment initiatives, conferences, and trade shows.
β Coordinate webinars and virtual events to engage target audiences effectively.
β Organize all HBS conferences (Innovate, HBS sales conferences, Internal summits, Secure Iowa, ServiceFest, etc.).
β Direct the development and maintenance of the brand language manual to ensure consistent usage and messaging.
β Oversee all aspects of brand experience to attract and retain clients, employees, partners, and other stakeholders.
β Manage the creation of marketing and sales collateral, sell/data sheets, and sales enablement materials.
β Supervise website content, including landing pages, blog articles, videos, and graphics.
β Develop integration plan for acquisitions or growth to new markets, assist with integrations as needed.
β Enable sellers to pursue customers and prospects through innovative campaigns promoting products, services, and solutions from HBS and its partners.
β Analyze sales data against marketing budgets and profit margins, leveraging effective campaigns, and create cross-selling plays involving sales, inside sales, and marketing.
β Develop strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
β Enhance engagement with key vendors in the channel/region, manage relationships with HBS regional partners and the Partner Relationship team, provide leadership for vendor, service, finance, and operational escalation issues, collaborate with partners (Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Verkada, etc.) to maximize value.
β Collaborate with leadership on budget and company direction, managing fiscal year budget and finance including expenditures and projections.
β Monitor spending and optimize expenditures to achieve maximum ROI.
