β Develop strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates
β Enhance engagement with key vendors in the channel/region, manage relationships with HBS regional partners and the Partner Relationship team, provide leadership for vendor, service, finance, and operational escalation issues, collaborate with partners (Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Verkada, etc.) to maximize value
β Collaborate with leadership on budget and company direction, managing fiscal year budget and finance including expenditures and projections
β Monitor spending and optimize expenditures to achieve maximum ROI
