β Partner with Analytics, Insights and Merchandise to develop and build a measurement framework for the customer jobs to be done, monitor performance and provide recommendations.
β Manage end to end campaigns and brand building initiatives which includes working with Creative and Media agencies, Marketing Channel Leads and various stakeholders including Merchandise, Operations and Suppliers to deliver brand-led campaigns.
β Champion the role of brand and help continue to embed our brand positioning across the business. Deliver a consistent tone of voice and implementation of our distinctive brand assets and style guide.
β Support Senior Marketing Managers and Planning to develop a truly collaborative and efficient relationship with cross-functional teams like Merchandise, built on trust and accountability; including cadence and frameworks to facilitate efficiency, collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
β Role Model ways of working in a matrix business and actively drive the culture of the marketing team.
