β Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (PAID, OWNED, SHARED, EARNED) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPI's.
β Track products P&L and product Gross Margin mix by Category.
β Foster strong customer care support & best practices to maintain a high level of consumer satisfaction (Live LEARN approach: Listen; Empathize; Apologize; React; Now).
