β Align manufacturing strategies with customer needs cross APAC and work with R&D department and/or plant management to implement these objectives
β Develop channels and their capability with relative departments to accelerate product sales growth, also development of new channel to penetrate IEC market
β Identify product line value propositions and solutions. Make abundant and effective digital tools to develop customers and support sales, including product literature, training, sales guide and demos
β Drive and support sales team members to develop customers with proactive actions
β Plan and execute digital marketing strategies of MV breakers , and create diversified digital promotion methods to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness
