Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional creative projects within a marketing function. Agency experience is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a tangible goods space such as CPG, apparel, outdoor, or other hardgoods/softgoods products
- Deep understanding of creative ideation and production across digital and physical touchpoints
- Experience owning and implementing Agile methodologies and leading sprint cycles. PMP, CAPM, or ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
- Ability to anticipate creative and marketing project needs to proactively drive resourcing and preparation to meet key business objectives
- Experience partnering with designers, agencies, and vendors to execute creative projects
- Previous roles as Creative Operations or Creative Project Manager are a plus
