π Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate launch materials and collaterals dissemination to countries and distributors in ASEAN scope in accordance with regional brand plans, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms

Engage in sourcing and set-up of vendors for procurement of marketing related services, including promo materials, artwork, exhibitions, and collaterals creation

Compile and track brand sales report, analytics to evaluate performance for all the BUs and prepare brand dashboard with ASEAN regional marketing and Product Managers

Admin Support in execution of digital campaigns and collation of digital campaign performance
β
Support the Social Media coverage of ASEAN marketing events on S+N social media platforms, liaising with marketing congress teams

Maintain and track devicesβ utilization rate for S+N Capex across ASEAN and maintain ASEAN fleet on global database. Maintain and publish surgery data on weekly / monthly basis

Assist in planning and execution of regional marketing events with the marketing teams
β
Coordinating and following up with all country teams to submit nominations in time for the Meded courses, regional and EM flagship events in coordination with ASEAN marketing and Meded leads

Assist in follow up with SCM demand planning team to update the SKU level forecast based on inputs from sales and marketing
β
Admin support with logistics planning and ticket / travel bookings for ASEAN regional marketing and Commercial Planning & Strategy Team

Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team to plan the dispatches of samples / equipment for local events in ASEAN
β
Admin support to process payments to vendors, and collaterals related to ASEAN events
β
Provide relevant information to sales and support departments which contribute to effective internal business processes

Help coordinate and support professional society meetings and conferences where Smith & Nephew presence is strategically important

Help coordinate with country teams for NPI Tracker and POP tracker for portfolio optimization
β
Ensure compliance to code of business conduct defined by S+N policies
