β Ensure program components are aligned to program goals
β Works with other departments to ensure the program has the required level of participation and understanding to ensure projects are delivered within the time and budgetary guidelines
β Identifies and responds to program risks including mitigating and resolving communication problems and team conflicts
β Assures that the business case for the program is within corporate strategic plan and provides assistance to the business to create the Return on Investment (ROI) documentation
β Provides input/process improvement recommendations to processes
β Participates in product and vendor evaluations and vendor selections
β Completes other duties as assigned
