π Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategy in AFO by assuming overall responsibility for the implementation of marketing programs and activities in AFO.

Lead all CRM related aspects of sales & marketing integration (CRM and reporting).

Define training for new product introductions and to enhance region competency, leveraging expertise from Product Marketing, Applications, R&D and other departments as required.

Work closely with the AFO Demand Generation team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix. Collaborate for all CRM related aspects of sales & marketing integration.

Work with the sales channels to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development.

Coordinate with WW Product management and AFO business Managers for ongoing product management over promotion and placement changes.

Salary Range: $126,090.00 - $210,150.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
